Son Baulo Hotel - Can Picafort (Mallorca)

Rooms woudl ve been lovely if they weren't 'tired' looking and quite unkempt, with bed sheets changed only once in five days. I can't belive there was a charge for using the safe-no complimentary treats for us. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't! Absoluteley dissapointing experience here, definitley not luxurious.

Appreciated Can Picafort, the hotel was perfect in the square. The staff were all incredibly nice and amazingly kind, and the room was functional with an amazing view. The venue was in an amazing location not far from the sea front, and the Son Baulo beach on the outskirts of C'an Picafort. Ate at Don Denis, it's just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

Amazing views of the sea and incredible and gorgeous breakfasts with even omelettes, coffee and fruits.

The hotel was beautifully maintained with accessible ramps throughout. The spacious corridors and clean areas added to the inviting atmosphere.

The pool was too cold for enjoyment.

Friendly and cute staff made us feel valued.

The room was outdated with shabby furniture. We faced a constant disturbance due to the loud noise from the outdoor fan. To add to our frustration, the cleaning was subpar with noticeable dirt left on the floor and bathroom .

The superior room had a fine full sea view and was cool, even without ac. The outdoor swimming pool was lovely, and it led right down to the beach. Every evening was filled with great entertainment.

The beach access was a real highlight. The fridge rental charge was unexpected and could be a downside for others. A decent place with caring service and cleanliness in most areas.

Entertainment was amazing! Easy access to tour guides right on-site with all the info you need.

Some staff were rude at times, and dining hours were limited, making meals feel rushed!

It was perfect for exploring parks and landmarks like the nearby Illot dels Porros and Na Patana.

The pool was clean and well kept, but be ready for some chaos when everyone rushes for sunbeds in the morning, makes it feel like survival of the fittest. I remember sitting at the bar one evening,, finding the staff genuinely friendly while enjoying a pint that didn't break the bank.

It wasn't exactly cheap,, but still acceptable for what you get.

The location boasts scenic views of the beach and the nearby nature reserve. The terrace outside the hotel is a decent spot for enjoying meals and soaking in the surroundings.

Rooms are showing their age, with furniture that feels outdated and poorly maintained-such as entry doors that don't self-close and awkwardly small room number signs. A distinct lack of cleanliness is apparent with dusty floors, unvacuumed public areas, and hair left in the bathroom. It can. Finding a sunny spot by the pool is challenging due to limited space. It often feels overcrowded, while the noise from entertainment and nearby bars can disrupt relaxation. Being charged extra for using the safe and insufficient provision of complimentary water in the room adds to a sense of unexpected costs.

Kids loved the mini disco and activities with David, really engaged with them. Food could use more vegetarian options. Clean rooms and lovely beach access.
